RETURN POLICY

If your online purchase doesn’t fit you or your needs, valid items may be returned within 30 days of purchase (with receipt). Return items must be in new condition with tags intact. If the items are not in sellable condition due to use, negligence or do not have a valid receipt the return request will be denied. 

Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless authorized differently by a customer service representative. Common refunds may take between 2 - 3 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our office. 

To request a return, please visit Carbonpaintball.com and fill out the form located under Returns/ Exchanges. Please include your contact info as well as the receipt or order number for you purchase. A representative will be in contact regarding your claim within 24 to 48 hours.

IMPORTANT: No returns may be made on sale, promo or free items. Only regular priced items are eligible for return (subject to availability). 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Does your item(s) not fit? No problem; sizing happens. Valid items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase (with receipt). Return items must be in new condition with tags intact. Exchanges are subject to availability (ex: if the item in the desired size is not in stock, the customer will have the option to refund item). Customers are responsible for return shipping unless authorized differently by a customer service representative. PROCESSING POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item and either approved or rejection of your request for exchange, return or refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 days (dependant on payment type).

WARRANTY POLICY

We back every one of our products with a Manufacturer's Warranty. Product warranties vary dependant on the item in question (ex: glove vs barrel). If your product is found to have a less than desirable issue please visit carbonpaintball.com and fill out the form under Warranty Claims.

IMPORTANT: Inquiries past standard product warranty are handled on a case by case basis via customer service.

GIFTS

If an item is purchased and marked as a gift (check box at check out) the order may only be returned or exchanged with the value of the gift being transferred to a gift credit. Once the returned item is received, an online gift certificate will be sent via email.

If an item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased and is in need to be refunded the original gift giver will find out about your return as the original payment will be refunded via their payment method.

RETURN SHIPPING

Non warranty claims are responsible for paying the return shipping cost for returned, refunded and exchanged items (unless noted otherwise by a customer service representative). Shipping costs directly from the website are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange and or refund. 

IMPORTANT: If shipping an item with a retail value of $75 or more, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Carbon cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
